A new site

has just been launched at http://charlesharmon.com - his personal and Alzheimer’s information site.

Charles is writing about some of the things he is interested in. He gives some background and writes of some of his many experiences.

Charles is now helping to take care of a client of theirs in their home. They run an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) where they take care of a few elderly people. He is writing of the experiences of caring for a Mr. Q, a resident who had been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

It’s a very difficult job to care for him because his dementia is well progressed. If you ever have to care for someone with Alzheimer’s and are not familiar with what you are faced with read his writings of Mr. Q. He is giving a weekly or less expose of what it is like to care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease.
